Our fresh hops have been in some of the best seasonal beers in the Northwest including:
Deschutes’ Hop Trip, Gigantic’s Sodbusted beers, and McMenamins’ Thundercone, just to name a few.

Now we have made it easier to get your own freshies during harvest.
Starting in August our fresh hop calendar will be updated every other day with an estimate of when our varieties will be available for pick-up. So go ahead, use the link to place an order, and let us be a part of your quality beer making.

How do I get fresh hops?

Fill out the order form and we will be in touch with you about scheduling and availability. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee variety and date availability.

When are my hops ready?

Harvest dates are subject to change for a variety of reasons (such as ripeness, weather, and logistics). We update our calendar anytime there is an update in picking order. Once we nail down pick date we will work with you to set up a date and time that for pickup.

How do I pay for my order?

Upon pick up you will be asked to sign a sales order for our records. You are welcome to pay at the time of pickup or you will receive a bill by the end of harvest.

What do I do on my pick up date?

Get ready for flavor! Picking up fresh hops is easy and fun. The pickup location for your fresh hops is 9815 Wheatland Road N, Salem (see map below). When you arrive check in at the office and sign our visitor log. Be sure to park in a designated parking space near the building. We ask that you wear closed toed shoes and have your hair tied back as per farm guidelines. You will be provided with required Personal Protective Equipment and be directed to the pickup location. We will have your fresh hops bagged and ready for transport upon your arrival.
